What are the minimum PC requirements?
Tomato.ai solutions are designed to work even on low-end PCs, making them accessible to a wide range of users. Here’s how:
- Accent Softening: Most of the processing power and memory needed are handled by powerful servers in the cloud, where the AI models are hosted. This means your PC doesn’t need to do the heavy lifting.
- Noise Cancellation: The AI model runs directly on your device but is optimized to use very little resources, so it works smoothly even on less powerful computers.
Make sure to check the minimum PC requirements to ensure compatibility.
Will the solution work with my existing apps?
Tomato.ai works seamlessly alongside any other applications you might be using. Whether it’s a softphone/dialer app, meeting app, CRM, analytics software, or even PC virtualization tools, our solution fits right in without any issues.
Currently, Tomato.ai is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or 11.

What data security measures are in place?
At Tomato.ai, safeguarding your private data is a top priority. Here is how we ensure your information stays secure:
– Accent Softening: Your voice data is fully encrypted before being sent to the cloud for enhancement, and we never store any of it.
– Noise Cancellation: This is handled directly on your device (your PC), so no data ever leaves it.
We are serious about compliance and security. We have SOC2 Type 2 certification and HIPAA certification. Plus, we expect to get PCI-DSS certification soon.
Your trust is invaluable, and we’re committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy.
Can the solution be used in meetings?
The Tomato.ai Accent Softening solution and the Noise Cancellation solution can be used in company meetings, internal and external ones. So the solution works not just for call center use cases.
The Accent Softening solution is best used with the camera off, otherwise there can be a slight delay between the lips and the voice of the speaker. If one wants to use it with the camera on it is recommended that they test it and get feedback from other meeting participants.
The Noise Cancellation solution can be used with the camera on or off, as it does not have noticeable added latency.
