Web Console Architecture

The Tomato.ai Web Console is used by managers to track usage of the solution across agents. The Web Console is an SSL secured web site that requires account creation and a login.

Data per Company

The Tomato.ai Web Console securely stores PII for managers, including their name and email address.

In addition, the Web Console stores per company any recordings that agents shared of their voice, plus their name and email. For each agent that shared a recording, the Web Console stores and displays the original recorded clip and the accent-softened and noise-reduced versions based on the same original recording.

Required Password Reset

For security purposes, the Web Console requires users to reset their passwords every six weeks. Once this period has elapsed, users will be prompted to create a new password during their next login.

Session Expiration

The Web Console automatically logs out users after 24 hours of inactivity. To continue using the Web Console, users will need to log back in.
