Unable to Reinstall the PC App

Solution

If there is an issue during reinstallation, sometimes it is due to an error shown during the uninstall process because of another application’s use of a file being deleted. This is an error that occurs on Windows 11.

Regardless of the issue preventing reinstallation, please follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall properly:

  1. Cancel the current install or uninstall

  2. Follow the uninstall PC App instructions

  3. Restart the PC

  4. Follow the Install the PC App instructions


If you continue to have an issue reinstalling the PC App, it might be a bug. Please share your logs using these instructions
