I Can Not Hear Others

This issue likely means that the communications application used does not allow the Tomato.ai virtual speakers.

Allow Apps to Use Virtual Speakers

To allow various applications to use the Tomato.ai virtual speakers, go to Settings > System > Sound > All sound devices, then click on Virtual Speakers Tomato.ai to bring up the following screen, and click Allow.
