Use Tomato.ai

Install the PC App (Beta)

Step 1: Install Requirements

Permissions:
Ensure you have Windows Admin Rights, or if needed, get help from IT

 

Information:
Get a Seat Name and Installation Key from the Admin who invited you to install

 

Configure Firewall:
If there is a firewall, then add *.tomato.ai to the allowlist

Step 2: Install PC App

  1. Download the Tomato.ai PC App
  2. Run the setup wizard
  3. If there is a firewall warning, click to ignore it
  4. If prompted, restart the PC

Run Setup

Step 3: Setup Comms App

  1. In your softphone (e.g. Genesys) or conferencing (e.g. Zoom) application settings
    1. Set the microphone to Virtual Mic (Tomato.ai)
    2. Set the speakers to Virtual Speakers (Tomato.ai) to ensure no echo is heard
    3. Disable default noise cancelation
    4. Use a headset for optimal results
