This tab provides a scalable way for managers to discover which agents the solution will work best for.

Invite Agents to Record

Managers can invite agents to record their voices on a webpage and hear how they sound with Accent Softening and Noise Cancellation turned on.

Once the recordings come in, Managers can evaluate per agent which voice sounds best and which agents are better off without any Accent Softening (or Noise Cancellation). Then, managers can invite the agents who sound the best to set up the solution by emailing them and suggesting which voice to use.

Periodic Mic Checks

It is recommended that once a quarter, Managers invite agents to a Mic Check to see if the latest versions of the solution work for agents, including both ones using the solution and those not yet using it.
