My Voice Can Not be Heard

If others can’t hear you, there are two common causes: app permissions or network settings. Let’s go through both:

1. Allow Apps to Use the Virtual Mic

Some communication apps (like Genesys, AWS Connect, Zoom, or Teams) may not have permission to use the Tomato.ai Virtual Microphone.

To enable it:

  1. Open Settings → System → Sound → All sound devices
  2. Click Virtual Mic (Tomato.ai)
  3. Make sure Allow is turned on

Then, restart the communication app and try again.

2. Check Network Settings (if still no sound)

If the Virtual Mic still produces no audio (even when selecting different voices), it could be a network connectivity issue.

First please check your browser’s support for HTTP/3 and QUIC

Look for this message at the top of the page:
“When loading this page from Cloudflare’s edge network, your browser used HTTP/3.”

✅ If you see that message, your network supports HTTP/3, and everything’s good.

⚠️ If you don’t see it, your network may be blocking HTTP/3 or QUIC traffic. Ask your network administrator to unblock QUIC access to: quic.tmtai.io:443

3. Try Again

After updating permissions and checking network access, restart the Tomato.ai PC App and your communication app. You should now hear your voice clearly.
