Seats Tab

This tab enables managers to monitor and modify seats that are using the solution.

What is a Seat

A seat is a computer that is using either the Accent Softening solution, or the Noise Cancellation solution. Per seat, a Manager can track any activity and enable or disable the seat.

Rename a Seat

Each seat has a Seat Name provided during installation. The default name provided is the logged-in system user name, but it can be modified to any other name, for example to reflect their seat naming schema.

Coming Soon: A Manager will be able to rename a seat on this tab.

Deactivate or Activate a Seat

A Manager can deactivate a seat by pressing on the Deactivate link for that seat, or activate a seat by clicking on the Activate link for that seat.

Monitoring Seat Activity

Each seat has a time stamp for the Last Activity on that seat. This helps with monitoring if a seat has not been used in a while.

Coming Soon: Each seat will show Hours Used for a selected time period. This helps a Manager know how much each seat is used in a given time period.
