Licenses Tab

This tab allows managers to buy and edit licenses used to access to the solution.

Free Trial License

After signing up, a free license with 5 seats is provided to test the solution. The free license provides each seat access to the Accent Softening and Noise Cancellation solutions. During this time, it is recommended that you follow this trial playbook to maximize success.

You can also modify the Post Trial License during this trial period. Click on the tooltip to see what you selected during sign-up for the Post Trial License, then to modify it, click on the edit icon for that license and pick the updated Post Trial License in the modal that comes up.

Upgrading a License

Upgrading a license takes effect immediately, resetting the start date of the license to the current date. An upgrade can be done by editing a license and changing the parameters to those that increase the amount owed on the license, for example, by increasing the number of seats or by increasing the payment period from monthly to annually.

Downgrading a License

Downgrading a license takes effect after the current license expires. The pending change is shown in a tooltip per license. A downgrade can be done by editing a license and changing the parameters to those that decrease the amount owed on a license, for example, by decreasing the number of seats or by decreasing the payment period from annually to monthly.

Adding a License

To add a license, click on the Add button, make your selections, and checkout. The license will then immediately be available for usage.

Cancel a License

At any point during the trial period, or for paid licenses, during the paid for period, the license can be cancelled by pressing the Cancel button, which can be found under the Actions heading per license. The license will then continue to work until the expiration date but will not convert to paid (if a trial license) or will not renew (if a paid for license).

Restore a License

At any point, during the trial period, or if a paid-for license, ahead of the expiration date, a license that was canceled can be restored by pressing the Restore button under the Actions heading per license. At that point trial licenses will be set to convert to the selected Post Trial License once the trial period is over. Similarly paid-for licenses will be set to automatically renew once the expiration date is reached.

If the trial ended, or if the paid-for period is over, to restore the license, requires buying the license by editing it.
